Zvi Aryeh Kresch BA, MD

Dr. Zvi Kresch is a Michigan-native and obtained a BA in World Religions from the University of Michigan. Prior to medical school, he spent 13 months working in Ethiopia with the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. Dr. Kresch served as the assistant director of a primary care clinic, taught English at a local college to girls from the very rural parts of Ethiopia, and volunteered at Mother Teresa’s Mission for the Destitute and Dying.

Dr. Kresch attended Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed a transitional year at Oakwood Hospital before moving to West Virginia for his ophthalmology residency. After residency, Dr. Kresch undertook a uveitis and ocular immunology fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
