Zulkifli Abdul Kadir

Zulkifli Abd. Kadir is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sports Science and Recreation, University Teknologi Mara (UiTM). Became a member of the Faculty in December 1999, he specializes in subjects related to exercise and conditioning for high-performance sports. Prior to joining UiTM, Zulkifli was the pioneering Head of the Conditioning Unit at the National Sports Council of Malaysia (MSN) for over 11 years with strings of professional training and attachments overseas with renowned experts in the area. In recognition of his expertise, he regularly was invited to conduct talks, sat in committees, act as a resource person at National levels such as; Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Education, the National Sports Council of Malaysia, PDRM and others. He also appeared on TV1, TV3, Astro Arena, Radio Malaysia Selangor, Radio IKIM. To date, Zulkifli has conducted over 3000 lectures and talks relating to exercise for health and high-performance sports.
