Zubin Shroff MS

Zubin Cyrus Shroff is a health systems specialist with over ten years of experience in the areas of health governance and financing, human resources for health, and access to medicines. At the Alliance, he leads portfolios of work on health policy analysis, health financing, and health emergencies. This encompasses the conceptualization and development of cross-national research programs, engaging with policy-makers at the national level to support program implementation, and efforts to strengthen the capacities of national researchers towards evidence-informed policy-making.

He holds Doctoral and Master’s degrees in Global Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and a medical degree from the University of Delhi. He believes that the Alliance’s position straddling research and policy-making communities enables him to leverage his analytical skills toward stronger health systems, something that he has been passionate about since first entering medical school.
