Zohair Sebai, MBBCh, DTM, MPH, DrPH, MRCGP, is a professor of Family and Community Medicine. Since the time he graduated from Bernard-Nocht Institute in Germany with a postgraduate Diploma in Tropical Medicine and from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in the USA with a Master and Dr. in Public Health, Dr. Sebai was occupied by Health Promotion in the Arab World. He was the founder of two medical schools in Saudi Arabia, the president of the Arab Board for Family and Community Medicine, and the president of the Arab Society of School Health and Environment.
Dr. Sebai is the founder and shareholder of the Saudi German Hospital in Riyadh. For 12 years (2003-2015) he was the owner and president of Sebai Institute for education and training. At present, he is the Chairman of Saudi Bio Acid Co. and Arabian Safety Training Center, and the founder of Makkah Medical City (under establishment) in Makkah- Saudi Arabia. Among his activities as a health promoter, he was the Chairman of the Saudi Society for Family and Community Medicine, the Chairman of the Saudi Society of Health Promotion, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Saudi Journal of Family and Community Medicine.
