Zoe Lord MSc

Zoe Lord, MSc, is a Senior Transformation Lead in the National Health Service (NHS) England's NHS Horizons, specializing in the design and facilitation of large-scale transformation programs and using innovative and interactive activities to accelerate the pace of change and transformation. She is an active change agent who has been leading quality improvement across health care for the last 15 years. Ms. Lord has been a leader in nationally significant change programs covering the redesign of diagnostic pathways, respiratory services, children’s mortuaries, urgent and emergency care, and learning disability services.
