Ziad G. Sadik PharmD, BCPS

Ziad Sadik is a Senior Pharmacotherapy Specialist in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011 from the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. He then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He also obtained his teaching certificate from the Wayne State University EACPHS, in Detroit, MI. Following the completion of his residency, he continued to work at Henry Ford as a clinical pharmacist until October 2014. Ziad is board certified in pharmacotherapy, as well as certified in Epic – Willow Inpatient. His interests include anticoagulation management, cardiovascular risk reduction, formulary management as well as optimization of medication records in computerized physician order entry (CPOE) systems.
