Zhan-hui Lu PhD

Zhan-Hui Lu, Ph.D. is a Research Technician at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy at the China Agricultural University and his Master Degree at the Beijing Agricultural Engineering University. His Clinical Interests are Food Analysis, Food Science, Food Processing, Food Technology, Sensory Evaluation, Food Engineering, and Cereal Chemistry.
