Zachary Self MD

Zach Self, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, TN and completed his family medicine residency at Ventura County Medical Center in Ventura, California. Dr. Self has also completed with honors a 12-month fellowship in advanced ultrasound with the Ultrasound Leadership Academy. Dr. Self currently splits his time working as an emergency physician both in the United States and in Guatemala. In the United States, Zach has worked as an emergency physician at both a Level 2 Trauma Center and at critical access hospitals in California. In Guatemala, Dr. Self is the founder and Medical Director of the Clinica Medica Cristiana in Santo Tomas La Union, Guatemala.
