Yvette Mcgrath

Yvette McGrath is an accredited pharmacist who has been providing medication management services to patients in the community since 2001. Her past roles include work in both hospital and community pharmacy as well as a promoting and supporting Quality Use of Medicines by Cairns General Practitioners. Yvette now concentrates on providing Medication Management services to residents in aged care homes and to patients in the community, in collaboration with the local general practitioners, nursing staff and carers to ensure optimal patient care through quality use of medicines.
