Yves Van Belle

Dr. Belle graduated from the University of Ghent in 1998 as a doctor and in 2005 as a cardiologist. During my training cardiology Belle worked, except at the UZ Ghent, also in several other hospitals: Sint-Andries Hospital in Tielt, AZ Sint-Lucas in Ghent, Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg in Genk, Maastricht University Hospital and the Mary Mediatrix Hospital in Ghent. From 2005 to 2011 I worked as a cardiologist at the permanent staff of the Thorax Center at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. When I gave the invasive treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, also called specialized electrophysiology, and defended it successfully a scientific doctoral thesis on this subject. After that I worked as a cardiologist-electro physiologist in the Herzzentrum Leipzig, currently one of the largest heart hospitals in the world. In 2012 I was appointed head of the sector Electrophysiology at the University Hospital of Liège, where I am still working to this day. Besides my hospital activity in Liège, I have that same year my private practice in Hasselt up to the Governor Verwilghensingel 8, where I widest possible cardiac care trying to bieden.Tevens I offer also sport tests in my practice.
