Youssef serves as the Head of Cargo Planning & Compliance where he defines all facilities, systems, processes, and procedures required for cargo airlines, agents, and cargo freight forwarders in the existing Dubai Airports Cargo Village and the newly opened Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport.

Author and coordinator of standard operating procedures (SOP's) for cargo movements between DP World, DWC and Dubai Airports. Among the triad team of DP World, DWC and Dubai Airports who mainstreamed the facilitation of the implementation of the first ever Multi-Modal Cargo Operation in Dubai utilizing the one of a kind Dubai Logistics Corridor (DLC) connecting the seaport to the airport. Youssef streamlined the necessary approvals from UAE Ministry of Defense (MOD), development of processes to move military cargo along the UAE Roads and the newly established Dubai Logistics Corridor connecting Jafza to DWC Free zones – Dubai Multi-Model.
