Young J. Chun PhD

Young leads human factors activities and provides technical leadership throughout the product development life cycle in various platforms for delivery of Takeda’s wide portfolio of drugs. Before joining Takeda, Young was at Biogen where she led human factors activities for various medical devices/combination products and Software as a Medical Device project. Prior to Biogen, Young worked as a human factors researcher and investigated Musculoskeletal Disorders and mental stress in the automobile industry. Young also edited a book ‘Industrial Standardization’ published by Korea National Open University Press. Young obtained her doctorate degree from Texas Tech University, with a specialty in Human factors.
