Yolanda Johnson-moton BS, MBA

Yolanda Johnson-Moton is the Director for external relations at Eli Lilly and Company where she drives the strategy and implementation of a portfolio to enhance Lilly’s partnerships with US external stakeholders. Yolanda is known for her innovative thinking and ability to implement on her vision, earning her the prestigious 2017 LRL President’s Scientific and Diversity award. She was recently selected as one of Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2017 “Women of Influence,” which recognizes women who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community service.

She is very passionate about education, and recently launched an eLearning course titled “Making Medicines: The Process of Drug Development”. Prior to launching the course, she developed and launched several Student Partnership Programs between Lilly USA and the academic medical community. In 2016, she was honored with the PM360 ELITE award for transformational leadership.
