Yogesh Waghmare, Ph.D. is currently Staff Scientist in Late Stage Process Development group at Genzyme. Dr. Waghmare has a decade of experience in the field of process modeling and fluid dynamics. He specializes in application of data analysis and mathematical modeling tools for process development, scale-up and optimization of bioprocesses. He is past chair of Process Modeling and Simulation Focus Group at American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
Dr. Waghmare received his PhD in Chemical Engineering (2008) from Louisiana State University researching in the field of mass transfer and multiphase flows.
