Yildiz Yilmaz MSc, PhD

Yildiz During her PhD in PKSciences Human ADME/Biotransformation Group she developed technical skills on: analyzing data, learning quick, gathering and interpreting information, creative and innovative thinking. Furthermore she improved her written and oral communication working within different groups and also working with people outside of the organization, which gave her the opportunity to manage others. She acknowledge the importance of setting a vision and goals, being focused, excellent planning, prioritization of the tasks, time management, quick decision making and being solution-oriented are key day-to-day skils to be able to manage a project sucssesfully.
