Yi-Chen Huang is a Postdoctoral Fellow at National Defense Medical Center. She received her Ph.D. in nutritional epidemiology from the Graduate Institute of Life Sciences, National Defense Medical Center. Her clinical interests are Nutrition, Nutritional Epidemiology, Public Health Nutrition, Food Nutrition, and Sarcopenia.
