Yesim Ozturk

Prof. Yesim OZTURK was born in Izmir. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. In 1992, she worked at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pathology and in 1993 at Kırsehir Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate. She completed her specialty of 'child health and illness' in Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1998. She volunteered at Golcuk State Hospital in 1999. In 2002, she completed her specialty of 'Child Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition' at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine.

In 2003, she has worked as an observer in the field of child gastroenterology in the USA. In 2012, she received 'child metabolism diseases' expertise. She is a member of six national and international professional associations and organizations. OZTURK has 57 international publications, three books, 9 book chapters in SCI and SCI-Expanded indexes. Also, Dr. OZTURK has been working on 22 completed national and international research projects.
