Dr Yeo Sow Nam is Director of The Pain Specialist, Mount Elizabeth Hospital. He is also the President of Pain Association of Singapore (PAS) and a Ministry of Health (MOH) appointed advisory member for Pain Management. He is also the president for World Institute of Pain, South East Asia Chapter.

Dr Yeo is trained in Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney and was the first in Singapore to obtain accreditation in the pain management specialty, awarded by the Australian and New Zealand Faculty of Pain Medicine. He is also the first Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (USA) in Singapore and a registered acupuncturist. He is also a Anaesthetist and has accreditation by both the local Specialist Accreditation Board and the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
