Adj. Assoc Prof Yeo Seng Beng graduated from medical school at the National University of Singapore in 1985. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Otolaryngology in 1990, and in 1997 was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine of Singapore, in the specialty of Otorhinolaryngology (ORL).

In August 1996, he underwent a 1 year fellowship programme in Otology and Neuro-otology under Dr Malcolm Graham at the Georgia Ear Institute, USA. In December 2003, he completed another attachment programme in the subspecialty of neurotology with Professor Bruce Gantz, University of Iowa, and Professor Robert Jackler, Stanford University, USA.

Adj. Assoc Prof Yeo is presently a Senior Consultant and Neuro-otologist with the Department of Otolaryngology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he has worked since 1989. He was also a visiting ENT Specialist to KK Women's and Children Hospital (1998 – 2006), visiting consultant to Changi General Hospital in the subspecialty in Otology and Neurotology (2004- present), and to the National University Hospital (2006 – present).
