Yelena Granovsky PhD

Yelena Granovsky, was born in Baku, former Soviet Union. She have been living in Israel since 1993, in the wonderful city of Haifa. She started her academic career in 1994 at the Technion Medical School, working in the lab headed by Prof. David Yarnitsky. In 2000, she received her PhD degree in Clinical Neurophysiology. Since then, she've continued her academic education as a post-doctorate fellow in pain neurophysiology working with Prof. Kenneth Casey at the University of Michigan, USA.

Today, she Was a senior researcher in the Clinical Neurophysiology Lab in Rambam Medical Center, and an academic staff member at the Technion Medical School. Her main research interests are mechanisms of pain modulation and their clinical application, and the objectification of pain assessment.
