Xiucai Liu PhD

Dr. Xiucai Liu founded Cathay Industrial Biotech in 1997. He has over 17 years’ experience in developing industrial biotech companies and products in China. Dr Liu received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 1989. He trained as a postdoc at Yale and Columbia Universities and worked for three years as a senior scientist in new drug development at Sandoz Research Institute prior to returning to China in 1994
