Windy S. Irwin PharmD, BCGP

Dr. Windy Irwin is a Board Certified Consultant Pharmacist responsible for clinical and regulatory initiatives designed to optimize medication management and quality assurance efforts of long-term care, post-acute care and assisted living facilities. She is presently employed by Pharmerica Corporation and is also in the preliminary process of starting an independent consultant pharmacist practice, MedAtlanticRx, LLC. Dr. Irwin will also be operating as the Medical Director of Premium Medicine of Maryland, a medical cannabis dispensary. She is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Maryland and Virginia.
