Dr. William Ross, LPC-S, LSOTP-S, is the Owner/Therapist at the Ross Counseling Service. He has an exceptional understanding of different academic backgrounds, cultural, and socio-economic conditions of a diverse student population. In addition, he possesses an outstanding ability to introduce and implement important academic policies within an education system of higher learning. He prides himself on an excellent ability to work cooperatively with various departmental administrators, faculty, students, and other key constituents within and external to the university.
