William Ramsey PhD, CLCP

Dr. William Andrey Ramsey is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified life care planner, and vocational expert who was trained as a scientist-practitioner, which emphasized the connection between basic and applied research and professional practice. He received rigorous training in measurement and assessment, research design, and quantitative methods, cultivating his ability to reflect deeply and strategically to communicate effectively, consult with key stakeholders, and solve complex problems. Before receiving his doctorate, Dr. Ramsey was trained as a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and earned his Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services.

Dr. Ramsey has been engaged in catastrophic injury life care planning and vocational damage assessments regarding workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation since 2011. Dr. Ramsey is currently employed as a healthcare consultant to facility leadership, program managers, and staff for the largest healthcare system in the United States of America. Dr. Ramsey aims to translate his clinical, methodological, and quantitative expertise to the arena of life care planning and vocational analysis.
