Dr. William Ruger Porter, PhD, is an Associate Professor at OU Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He received his doctorate of philosophy from Ohio University. His research interests include Embryology, Human Anatomy, Archosaur Cephalic Vascular Anatomy, and Diapsid Physiological Thermoregulation.
