Dr. William joined the School of Public Policy faculty, Engaged in developing and delivering MPP and PhD education for an international student population. He continued to develop and deliver executive education training and workshops. All endeavors stress practical learning and skills development, include online components with extensive use of in-class and online simulations.

He Develops and teaches online classes in Public Policy, Public Administration, and Public Finance. He is the Author and co-author of three widely used texts in public finance and budget-performance linkage. He is also a Keynote speaker at the PRESDA Foundation-sponsored The Conference on Social Responsibility in Asia /sustainable-business-conference "Balancing the Triple Bottom Line".

His Other recent projects include organizing and managing field research in Thailand for Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School (http://www.jhsph.edu/), which we completed in December 2013, negotiating a contract for confirmatory research beginning September 2014

He has taught in many Executive Education Programs including the US Environmental Protection Administration's Public Finance Center Program, the US Department of Defense's National Security Studies Program, Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's Program 159, Muslim Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship's PALM5 Program, University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute Government Finance Officer's Certification Program, Hiroshima Foundation Executive Institute, Syracuse University's Executive MBA program and the Asian Institute of Technology's Extension Program.

Dr. Kittredge's opinions and articles in these areas of expertise have enjoyed extensive popular press coverage. His Interviews have appeared on Bloomberg TV, Fox News, ABC, and NBC. He has also been interviewed for National Public Radio (US) and many regional radio stations. His opinions have been featured in articles in Bloomberg News, the New York Times, and USA Today.
