William M. Sauvé MD

William M. Sauvé, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and Chief Medical Officer at Osmind, where he focuses on expanding access to innovative psychiatric treatments and supporting independent psychiatry practices across the United States. He specializes in interventional psychiatry, particularly transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and esketamine treatment.

Dr. Sauvé previously served as Regional Medical Director at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers, helping expand its network of treatment centers nationwide. He also served 11 years as an active-duty Navy psychiatrist, including deployment to Iraq, and later worked as Military Clinical Director at Poplar Springs Hospital. He founded Virginia Interventional Psychiatry, an early interventional psychiatry practice in the Mid-Atlantic region.

He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed his adult psychiatry residency through the National Capital Consortium. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, serves as faculty at the Neuroscience Education Institute, and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Clinical TMS Society.
