William J. Ehman MD

Dr. William Ehman received his medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan and has practiced Family Medicine in Nanaimo, B.C. since 1978. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Practice, Faculty of Medicine, UBC.

He has served on the College of Family Physicians Maternity and Newborn Care Program Committee, is a Fetal Surveillance Educator and consultant with Perinatal Services BC and is a consultant and member of the development team of the Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently Program.

With the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Canada, he has served on the Advances in Labour and Risk Management (ALARM) Committee and currently the Obstetrical Content Review Committee, the Family Physicians Advisory Committee and the Guideline Management and Oversight Committee.
