Dr. William Gordon, MD, MBI, FAMIA, is an internist and clinical informaticist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Partners HealthCare in Boston. He is a graduate of Weill Cornell Medical College and trained in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He subsequently trained in clinical informatics at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and has a Master of Biomedical Informatics degree from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Gordon has spent more than a decade working in healthcare information technology and has written extensively on information security, interoperability, data standards, and digital product development, with work published in NEJM.

In addition, Dr. Gordon spent several years leading clinical product development at Kyruus, a patient-provider matching health IT company. He is currently the medical director of the Health Innovation Platform, a clinical product group at Partners HealthCare that builds digital interventions for transformative clinical care delivery. He is also an attending physician in the hospital medicine unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
