Wendy Mayer BA, MBA

Wendy Mayer is Vice President of Strategy, Pfizer Innovative Health, responsible for advising and tracking the development and execution of the business strategy for Pfizer’s innovative business. Since joining Pfizer in 1997 Wendy has had various roles across the organization including VP of Worldwide Innovation, Connecticut State Director for Primary Care, VP Clinical Trial Excellence, and leadership of various Market Analytics teams across the organization. Wendy currently leads Pfizer’s New York Women’s Leadership Network.
Prior to Pfizer, Wendy was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche Consulting and did an administrative fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Cornell University. She has been identified by Deloitte as a “Women to Watch” in healthcare, she is on the board of advisors at Pulse MassChallenge digital health accelerator, and is a board member for AWIS (Association for Women in Science).
