Wendy Ingman PhD

Wendy Ingman is the THRF Associate Professor of Breast Cancer Research at the University of Adelaide, based at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital. She conducts basic and clinical research around understanding breast cancer risk factors including mammographic density and the menstrual cycle, and the biological pathways that promote breast cancer development. Wendy is also a member of the InforMD (Information Forum on Mammographic Density) alliance of national breast cancer researchers who aim to discover, provide, and discuss the most current information on mammographic density and keep the Australian public up to date on this important and emerging topic.
