Wendy B. Brown PharmD, PA-C, AE-C

Dr. Brown is an Associate Professor in Pharmacy Practice at North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy, Nursing and Allied Sciences. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University in 2001 and completed a Community Pharmacy Practice Residency with special focus on Asthma in 2002. In 2008, completed a Masters degree in physician assistant studies though the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Physician Assistant. She has been a Certified Asthma Educator since 2003.

She teaches pulmonary therapeutics to doctoral pharmacy and nursing students. Serve as an ambulatory care preceptor to doctoral pharmacy students. Works in collaboration with a board certified allergist to provide direct, evidence based care to patients with allergies and asthma.

She is a former board member of the Association of Asthma Educators. Has a variety of publications in the area of provider and patient asthma education. Currently serves as the faculty coordinator for all live asthma educational courses though the Association of Asthma Educators.
