Wendy Alderton

Wendy has over 15 years experience in leading research groups in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors including oncology drug discovery at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, UK and the PI3 kinase pathway pioneers PIramed Ltd. She also has expertise in inflammation and neuroscience therapeutic areas from 9 years at GlaxoSmithKline, and more recently at Summit plc including clinical and development phase consultancy for CB1 Bio Ltd.Dr Alderton is an experienced biotechnology research leader with a background in molecular sciences. Her areas of expertise include oncology, neuroscience and inflammation, and project management gained at GlaxoSmithKline, Millennium Pharmaceuticals (UK), PIramed Ltd and Summit plc.
