Dr. Wei Pan is an Associate Professor and Faculty Lead for the Research Area of Excellence in Methods and Analytics at the Duke University School of Nursing. He received his PhD in Measurement and Quantitative Methods from Michigan State University in 2001 and his MS in Statistics from Fuzhou University in China in 1989.
His research work focuses on causal inference and propensity score methods, multilevel and structural modeling, research synthesis and meta-analysis, measurement and evaluation, and their applications in the social, behavioral, and health sciences, such as substance abuse and symptom management.
