Wei He PhD

Dr. Wei He brings to Accutar Biotech 15 years of oncology drug discovery experience in both small-molecule therapeutics and biologics. Most recently, he was Associate Director of Preclinical Pharmacology at Incyte Corporation. In this role, he oversaw cancer biology groups, leading efforts from project initiation and progression through to Investigational New Drug application filing. Before joining Incyte, Wei served as a scientific project leader at both AbbVie Oncology and Roche Oncology, where he led cross-functional project teams working in immune-oncology, targeted therapy, antibody drug conjugate, and RNA interference therapeutic programs. Wei obtained his Bachelor's and Master's of Science degrees in chemistry from Peking University in Beijing and his Doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his Howard Hughes Medical Institute postdoctoral training at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
