Walter Rosenberg is the Associate Director at Rush University Medical Center’s Health and Aging department, where he oversees financial and operational planning, supervises a team of clinical staff, conducts program development and evaluation, and provides clinical social work services. He leads the internal Impact and Innovation group and serves on the hospital-wide Readmission Oversight steering committee. Walter is also the head of operations at the Bridge Model National Office (BMNO). As the BMNO representative for Rush, Walter directs its model development and quality improvement efforts, and is a lead trainer for its Bridge Model of transitional care. He is the president-elect of the Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care (Chicago district), serves on the AHRQ Advisory Panel on primary care and on the advisory board of the Dominican University Graduate School of Social Work. He received his MSW and BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his MS-HSM from Rush University.
