Wallace Keh Heong Tan MBBS

Dr Wallace Keh Heong Tan has worked in Croydon University Hospital as a consultant in geriatrics Medicine since 2011. He obtained the Fellowship in Royal College of Physician, London in 2016. He qualified from St. George’s University, London in 2000, and obtained a master degree with Merit in Gerontology from Kings College University, London in 2010. Within the world of geriatrics medicine he has a special interest in falls and bone health and is also heavily involved in patient safety in the hospital environment.

In his day work he runs the Integrated Falls Service in Croydon within both the hospital and local community, and is part of the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) lead steering group of Falls service development. He also is a consultant in the Acute Care of the Elderly service in the hospital. Dr Tan joined the UK Chinese Medical Services, devoting his time outside work in helping Chinese-speaking patients who have difficulties in access of the medical service.
