Wajahat Jamal Ashraf

Dr. Jamal Ashraf is Head of Trauma Unit, Department of Orthopedics, UM&TC, Lucknow, India and Joint Director of UM&TC, Lucknow, India. He has special interest in arthroplasty and trauma. He is primarily involved with the management of poly trauma patients and neglected trauma patients and is part of Indian study group in fragility fractures. He has several academics honours and organizational posts including Secretary of UPOA and Chairman of the Asia Pacific Trauma Society. He has made several presentations at international conferences and is a member of Indian Orthopaedic Association, Asian Pacific Orthopaedic Association, SICOT, AAOS among others.
