Vivian Reyes MD, FACEP

Vivian Reyes, MD is a national leader of Kaiser Permanente Advanced Care at Home program and regional medical director of hospital operations at the Permanente Medical Group. She graduated from medical school at Albany Medical College and residency at Alameda Health System/ Highland Hospital. Dr. Reyes is board certified in emergency medicine and is the Immediate Past President of California ACEP.
