Vitaly Doban MS, MBA

Vitaly Doban is an Executive Director, Head of Advanced and Applied Analytics within the Real Word Evidence team at Novartis Oncology. In this role, Vitaly leads the team responsible for the execution and delivery of RWE studies and analyses across the entire Novartis Oncology portfolio. Vitaly is also accountable for the creation and implementation of the data and analytics strategy that embeds and accelerates the organizational execution of innovative and robust RWE for regulatory submissions and for internal decision-making.

Prior to Novartis, Vitaly was at Pfizer for 12 years, where he initially was responsible for the development of numerous Analytic and Digital initiatives in support of the Commercial organization. More recently, Vitaly led the team that built the Real World Data and Analytics environment to enable RWE capabilities at Pfizer in support of the entire product lifecycle.

Prior to Pfizer, Vitaly worked at a tech start-up in New York, where he started as a software engineer and advanced to lead the entire Software Engineering team responsible for the implementation and deployment of analytic software applications for the financial and marketing industries.
