Virginia Newcombe PhD, MPhil

Virginia Newcombe is a Clinician Scientist Fellow at the Academy of Medical Sciences and Royal College of Emergency Medicine, and an Associate Professor at The Royal College of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Virginia Newcombe completed her Ph.D. in neuroimaging and traumatic brain injury in 2009. Her research interests include using imaging as a biomarker for prognosis, the trajectory of traumatic brain injury, and outcomes after critical illness.
