Vince is a business lawyer, problem solver and dealmaker. His clients run the gamut from individual investors and entrepreneurs to widely held domestic and international corporations. He is the managing attorney of our Portland office and he was recently again named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of eligible Oregon attorneys.

Vince pushes for efficient and optimal client results in every transaction. He has particular expertise in business/corporate, commercial real estate and intellectual property law, and he is a leading practitioner in Oregon’s rapidly-evolving cannabis industry. Vince’s analysis and advice are guided by a heightened awareness of all possible outcomes: in his litigating days, he tried cases in four Oregon counties and conducted numerous arbitrations and mediations.

Vince graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School, where he now teaches Cannabis Law & Policy as an adjunct professor (he also publishes our law firm’s award-winning Canna Law Blog). In his student days, Vince was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society for scholarship, leadership, and service. He was also champion of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Mid-Atlantic Competition and won the best U.S. Brief in 2009.
