Dr. Vinay Satwah holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography, and is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). He completed his fellowship training at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ.

Dr. Satwah currently performs a variety of interventional procedures in the outpatient based lab setting at The Center for Vascular Medicine (CVM) and The Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) in Maryland. He serves as the medical director for the practice with a distinct interest in peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). His current research includes the role of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) in the deep venous system, the efficacy of mechanical orbital catheter ablation (MOCA) in CVI, and the efficiency models of an outpatient based lab. Dr. Satwah holds a keen interest in medical education and has been invited to present at various national conferences. He also conducts a variety of endovascular training courses in the outpatient based lab setting.
