Vilas Gajanan Gaikar is currently working as a head and professor at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. He is also the director of IPCA Laboratories Ltd and a consultant at Aarti Drugs Ltd. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Bombay. He specialized in chemical engineering.
