Vikram S. Dogra MD, MBBS

Dr. Dogra's interests in ultrasound, MR, CT, and GU radiology have earned him a solid reputation in radiology in both the clinical and academic setting. Dr. Dogra is a Professor of Radiology, Urology and Biomedical Engineering, Associate Chair of Education and Research, and Director of the Division of Ultrasound at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Department of Imaging Science in Rochester, NY. He is also an Affiliate Professor for the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

A widely sought-after speaker, Dogra has presented many lectures and scientific exhibits on relevant radiology topics around the world. He has been invited to speak at several major national and international radiology meetings including the Radiological Society of North America's Annual Meeting and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine's Annual Convention, the European Society of Uroradiology, and World Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology to name a few. He has received several grants for his ongoing research in photoacoustic imaging and holds three patents. He travels extensively with Medical Imaging Partnership, a nonprofit organization he established to provide medical expertise and equipment to developing countries around the world.
