Vikram S. Devaraj MB ChB, FRCS (Eng), FRCS (Plast)

Mr Devaraj has specialised in plastic and reconstructive surgery since 1988. After graduating from the University of Leeds in 1982, Mr Devaraj's early surgical training took place in Leeds, London, Bristol and Oxford. He also worked at specialist centres in Boston, New York and Taipei. In 1993 he gained the Specialist Fellowship in Plastic Surgery FRCS (Plast).

Mr Devaraj was appointed Consultant in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust hospital in 1995. He has also maintained a private medical practice since then. Mr Devaraj was lead clinician for the plastic surgery department between 2004 and 2007, and currently heads the sarcoma (soft-tissue cancer) service. His specialist areas of work include hand surgery, cosmetic breast surgery and skin cancer.
