Vijay Kumar Pandey MBA, PhD

Dr. Vijay Kumar Pandey is Associate Professor at Instititute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, India from 10th July 2013. Previously he served as Assistant Professor in Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, NOIDA a constituent of Symbiosis International University, Pune, from 17 July 2010 to 09 July 2013. He has also served in Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior as a Senior Lecturer in Management from 1st September 2005 to 16th July 2010. Before joining the academics he worked in Indian Air Force for 20 Years. He holds degree of MBA from IGNOU, M. Phil. in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and also UGC NET in Management. He has received his Ph.D. on “Impact of Selected Antecedents on Service Quality” from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He participated in doctoral competition at IIM Ahmedabad and stood fourth position. His paper “Impact of Support in Accentuating Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Service Quality Linkage” was accepted for presentation in the International Conference on “Seeing Marketing Through Emerging Theoretical Lenses: A Focus on Marketing's Organizational and Societal Roles” organized by American Marketing Association. He was research paper reviewer in the International Conference of American Marketing Association in the year 2011, 2012and 2013. He has presented twenty two research papers in National and International conferences including Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, Indore & Lucknow (off campus NOIDA). He has published thirty four research papers (seven cases in European Case Clearing House (London), eight research papers in journal, eighteen research papers in edited books, and one in Souvenir of Gwalior Management Association published on the occasion of Golden Jubilee of All India Management Association).
