Victor has been practicing in a private clinic since June 2011, his clinical approach is patient-centered, with a soft and global tissue approach, with the aim of relieving and promoting autonomy in the face of any kind of pain or somatic disorder.
His approach combines manual treatment, therapeutic relationships,s and educational counseling, according to an integrative approach to health care. Victor began his training at the College of Osteopathic Studies of Montreal (CEOM) in 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy in December 2011, then in 2016 with the Diploma of Osteopathy (DO). He continued his training at the Department of Medicine of the University of Montreal with a master's degree in neurological science in 2015 and then obtained a doctorate (Ph.D.) in neuroscience and neuropsychology in 2021 with exceptional mention. He has been a teacher at CEOM since 2016 and a lecturer at the University of Montreal in the psychology department. Passionate about neurophysiology and its evolution, he divides his time between clinical practice, research, and teaching, on the themes of stress, pain, and consciousness. He is currently interested in a post-doctoral mandate to better understand the mechanisms of physiological self-regulation in trance states, as well as during meditative practices, or hypnosis.
