Vickie White had a dream. When she grew up, she wanted to sing and dance at Disney World. She imagined performing for big crowds and singing her heart out. That is until she realized that she had no talent for dancing or singing. No, it turned out she was actually destined for a career in health care. Now, Vickie brings meaningful stories to big audiences in a different way. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Innovation for AdventHealth, she is responsible for AdventHealth’s national brand strategy, as well as digital marketing, reputation management and creative design.

In addition, she provides executive direction for the organization’s innovation strategy, the heart of which is transforming the consumer’s healthcare experience. Her home base, the Design Center at AdventHealth, leads out on innovation projects that have ripple effects not only system-wide but also industry-wide. Yes, Vickie White has learned that a career performing at Disney is not in her future. She has decided to leave that work to the other Ms. White. Snow White that is.
