Verlyn Evans EdD, CCC/SLP-ITFS

Dr. Verlyn Evans, Ed.D, CCC/SLP has been a clinical speech-language pathologist for 23 years. She has provided therapy for the geriatric and pediatric populations. Dr. Evans has experience in acute, subacute, skilled nursing, home health, group homes and Assisted Living settings. She has extensive experience providing dysphagia therapy for medically fragile patients. Dr. Evans received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Nova Southeastern University, Davie, FL. Dr. Evans is an Assistant Professor in the Special Education Department at Liberty University.
